In 2017 I was honored to paint Bishop Lawrence Robertson Sr. live on stage at a Thanksgiving concert at Emanuel Church in Bremerton. I chose to paint this 30x24 portrait upside down, which was interesting - no one knew what I was painting until I turned it right side up at the end! Do you have any idea what this great visionary has done for Bremerton? He was our dear friend and leader, responsible for so much good in Kitsap County, WA and beyond, including the Marvin Williams/Birkenfeld Economic Empowerment Center, which is a wonderful addition to the Bremerton community. After expenses, I am happy to donate a percentage of my sales from prints of this portrait. Thank you Bishop for all your hard work.
